The Inuka Tech Fellowship is a flagship initiative by the KPC Foundation in partnership with Power Learn Project (PLP), designed to develop Kenya’s next generation of industry-ready data and AI professionals.

Through an intensive three-month program, a select cohort of high-potential young professionals receives world-class training in data analytics and artificial intelligence, immersive job simulation experiences, and real-world apprenticeship opportunities across Kenya Pipeline Company and Power Learn Project’s network of industry partners.

Fellows gain the technical skills, practical exposure, and professional networks needed to excel in the modern data economy, while joining an exclusive community of emerging data leaders across Kenya and Africa.
