Digital Skills and Employment for Refugees and Host Communities
The ILO PROSPECTS Digital Skilling and Employment Opportunity Programme is a multi-partner initiative implemented by Power Learn Project (PLP) and designed to equip refugee and host community youth in Turkana and Garissa Counties with market relevant digital skills, industry recognised certifications, and pathways to employment. By utilizing community based digital hubs, the programme creates accessible learning opportunities while strengthening local digital ecosystems, and expanding economic opportunities for communities.
